Car use : The renter alone is permitted to drive the car, for which he is the guarantor and must only use it for his personal needs. The agency strictly forbids the renter to participate in any sort of competition or to use the vehicle for illicit purposes or goods transportation. The renter must agree not to request any customs documents. It is forbidden for the renter to overload the rented vehicle by transporting a greater number of passengers than that indicated on the contract. Failing to do so will expose the renter to being subject to penalty of forfeiture of the insurance.
Condition of the car & responsibility The vehicle is delivered in a very good working condition and cleanliness condition and the renter will have to pay the amount of repairs. Additionally, he remains solely responsible for the fines, violations and minutes drawn up against him.
Zirari car’s vehicles for car rental are insured against all risks, of course the vehicle, theft, broken glass, drivers and passengers.
- Fuel Policy : The vehicle is supplied with a specific amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount of fuel in order to avoid any additional charges.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
When you book your vehicle, a first email stating that we have successfully received your booking request will be sent to your email address. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a second email to confirm with you that your request has been approved.
The time we need to confirm your booking depends on the requested car. Generally, it takes us 2 hours to confirm or decline your booking request.
If you don’t receive anything within this time frame, kindly check if you have given us the correct email address.
If you made your reservation more than 6 hours ago and you haven’t received a confirmation email, it’s most likely been blocked by the spam filter of your email account. Please make sure that you check your Spam section as well.

The costs indicated below are per delivery or pick-up (excluding Essaouira) and are added to the rental fees. Distance between the rental agency and the delivery address:

- Delivery/return in Fez 180€
- Delivery/return in Ouarzazate 110€
